Kanye West Is Reportedly Preparing To Release Dates For A ‘The Life of Pablo’ Tour

The site claims a source close to the rapper confirmed information about a tour would be released as early as next month. A source also tells Entertainment Weekly the new dad is more than capable to take on a tour. “There are serious talks of a tour,” an industry source tells EW. “Of course there’s demand. He definitely sells tickets.” The anticipated trek would mark the rapper’s first musical run since 2013’s Yeezus tour.

So far, West has played T.L.O.P at Madison Square Garden during his Yeezy Season 3 show and is also scheduled to headline New York’s Governor’s Ball festival this June. We can also expect new music from the artist thanks to weekly rants streams of consciousness on Twitter.

Garth Brooks fans crash ticket system. New onsale Thursday.

Garth Brooks fans in Fargo, N.D. crashed the ticket system on Friday morning (March 18), when his upcoming concerts scheduled for May went on sale.

Brooks and his wife, Trisha Yearwood, are set to perform at the FargoDome on May 6-7 as part of their ongoing world tour. The shows mark Brooks’ first appearances in the area in 17 years, and when tickets went on sale Friday, the demand proved to be too high for the platform to handle, overloading the system to the point where ticket sales had to be suspended.

“This has been quite an emotional morning for people trying to get tickets and for people trying to sell tickets,” Brooks says in a press release. “This show will be on Mother’s Day Weekend, I think that adds a huge amount of emotion to the mix. I would like to thank the people that showed up today to buy tickets. You have all of my love and gratitude and please accept my apologies for the frustration. I would also like to thank the people that tried to sell tickets today, you have all of my love and gratitude and I sympathize with your frustration.”

Ticket sales will resume on Thursday, March 24 at 10AM CT via FargoDome.com/Garth or by calling 1-844-4-GarthB (1-844-442-7842). There will be an eight-ticket limit per purchase. All seats will cost $74.98.

The tour has been a massive success, selling out multiple nights in many markets, including LouisvilleOttawa and Las Vegas.  Pollstar crowned Brooks the top touring country artist for the first half of 2015, and he also topped Forbes‘ year-end list of the highest-earning stars in country music, with total earnings of $90 million.

Ellie Goulding announces Delirium world tour

We’ve still got a few days to go until Ellie Goulding’s new album is out, but she announced plans for the North American leg of the Deliriumworld tour Monday.

Kicking off April 1 in Vancouver, the tour will run through June, when she’ll end at New York’s Madison Square Garden, and she’ll be supported by British electronic group Years and Years.

The tour will promote Goulding’s third album, Delirium, which features “On My Mind,” “Something In The Way You Move,” “Lost and Found,” and “Army.”

Goulding spoke with EW about making the album this summer, and said she was already conceiving of how to take the songs to the stage. “I’ve probably done a thousand shows since my first album, and I realized that with that one I never thought, ‘I wonder how this will sound live?’” Goulding said. “Now I can’t help but think of the live aspect, and I understand the translation of music from a studio to a performance.”

See a full list of dates below and head to EllieGoulding.com for pre-sale tickets. Regular tickets go on sale Nov. 6, the same day Delirium is available.

Adele Returns To The Stage

Adele Returns To The Stage

Adele announces a concert to go along with her new song that’s been blowing up YouTube. Her first U.S. gig since 2011 takes place at New York’s Radio City Music Hall.

Mark your calendars for Nov. 17. And don’t forget Nov. 20 either – that’s the day Adele’s third studio album, 25, is due out.

The official video for the track “Hello” has already racked up over 149, 995,800 views since being posted Oct. 22. Vevo announced that Adele had set a new record for the most views in the first 24 hours with 27.7 million clicks. The previous record was held by Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” with 20.1 million views, according to Fortune.

Adele can also brag about reaching 100 million views in five days, just behind Psy’s record of four days for “Gentleman.”

The NYC performance is being recorded to air as a one-hour special, according to USA Today. Tune in to NBC Dec. 14 to watch “Adele Live in New York.”

Want to be in the audience at Radio City Music Hall? Well, the first step is to sign up to receive updates about ticketing info. Information will be sent out the week of Nov. 2. Visit Adele.com/AdeleLiveInNYC to get started.

The Cure announce 25-date tour, but reveal just three cities Robert Smith leads The Cure at the 2013 Voodoo Music + Arts Experience

The Cure will tour again in 2016, but where they’ll go remains to be seen.

The Robert Smith-led act will play shows in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York in May and June, and say they’ll play a total of 25 North American dates—but the full list won’t be out until January, per an official announcement.

The group hasn’t mounted a full tour since 2008, but it’s been nearly two decades since they made it to Portland. Per the fan archive Cure-Concerts.de, the band hasn’t played here since December 1997, when they played the Theater of the Clouds at the Moda Center (then called the Rose Garden) for KNRK’s Snowball concert. The radio station has since switched to its December to Remember holiday shows.

The fan site lists just three concerts ever in Stumptown, including a 1996 show at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall and a 1985 show at the Civic Auditorium. Setlist.fm lists another, at the Paramount Theatre in 1984, plus a 1996 Eugene show at the Hult Center.
